Pancake Preparation Tips

Making the perfect pancake isn’t rocket science once you know the secrets. All it takes is a really good nonstick skillet or griddle and a little brush of butter to coat the pan before adding the batter. The cooking temperature is important as well. Be sure to cook pancakes over a medium-low heat. To insure your pancakes are cooked thoroughly, make sure to wait until you begin to see batter bubbles on the top and check the bottom of the pancake with a spatula to be sure there is a nice golden brown color before flipping them. After flipping, cook the pancake for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving. That’s all there is to it! Enjoy!
